I'm not going to bullshit you. This program only works if you do.
What I mean by this is.. if you half ass train, you eat like shit & aren't getting in your protein intake then you're probably not going to see any changes.
But on the other hand;
if your diet in pretty good, you're hitting your protein intake & you're willing to have a solid dig into your workout.. then the combinations of movements within this program is going to send your progress sky rocketing.
