I had asked everybody on my instagram story if they would be keen if I made a complete program rather than just one-off sessions. The response I received was insane!

So after months in designs I am happy to release my Complete PPL Training Split.


What can I expect to see in this Program?

This program is filled with detailed explanations of every movement even tips on how to perfect your form. Each page will present you your working sets/reps with a detailed visual diagram at the bottom to use as reference for the movements muscle activation.

Your week will be split into Part A & Part B. Considering this is a 6 day program with a rest day in between, your rest days won't fall on the same day as last week.

Part A: Represents the first 3 days of your week (Eg. Mon-Tue-Wed)

*Rest Day* (Eg. Thurs)

Part B: Represents the last 3 days of your week (Eg. Fri-Sat-Sun)


How will this program help me make progress?

For majority of gym goers they tend to train what they feel on the day. "I'll do a bit of this, i'll do a bit of that." Yet this is definitely not optimal for growth. As we all know the king of gains lies within Progressive Overload. This program will provide you with a structured training plan allowing you to track your Weights/Sets as you little-by-little place more weight to your movements allowing you to slowly make linear progression. 📈


Please Note: This program includes Deadlifts. I understand many people can't/won't perform them, so simply substitute them for Barbell Hip Thrusts on Leg Days & Rack Pulls on Back Days.
